I'm currently grinding in Kaesora library and having an issue with pathing around a column in the middle of a hall when pulling mobs back. MQ2Nav runs my straight into it and will not go around. I simply keep running into the column until I'm melee'd to death if I don't take over and move me around it. Is there a way to adjust this by recreating the mesh? For example, if I make the mesh cells or tiles less or more would it make it more likely to move around this obstacle?

I did and still got stuck. Thankfully this is a relatively small zone so I experimented with different cell and tile sizes. I made them as small as I could while still covering the map and so far haven't gotten stuck with this mesh.

Spoke to soon. Just got stuck on a longer pull.

ok this is untested as i been playing around with recast demo.
Build your mesh
zoom in to where your camp is (hold shift+w,a,s,d) right mouse to rotate.
click show tools
create tiles
shift+left click and remove the tile were the pillar is
you can test pathing with the test navmesh setting (start+end)
then save the mesh
it should path around it with out a tile there i am gonna test this on some corners in zone that i get stuck(tomorrow its my bed time) but let me know if it works

Yes that should work because that tile is no longer on the map.
