Question - MQ2NAV and The Hole Doors

Anyone find a way to get nav to open them? I've played with debug and doors and found out it see's and recognizes the doors but wont open them without a manual click

un-check "Ignore scripted doors"

Unchecked the box, still have doors that won't open automatically, COV zones. Any way to add these to open?
