Problem - MQ2Melee Turns Off Auto-Attack on Cleric

MQ2Melee turns off melee on cleric even if I turn it on manually. If I unload MQ2Melee, auto-attack does not turn off. MQ2Melee INI is below. Any help would be much appreciated.

Not sure about MQ2Melee settings, if I want my cleric to Melee I change his Kissassist settings from MeleeOn=0 to MeleeOn=1:

He will still switch targets to heal the group and return to whatever the MA has targeted, but it does tend to make the healing less responsive.
