Question - Mq2Melee Positioning

I did not see the answer for this in the link. I see ways to temporarily stop moving behind. Am I missing something?

/melee stickrange=0

I generally only use this on really big mobs and I need them to be close enough for AE healing. Otherwise I just stick as normal :P

open your melee.ini everything is there , simply type /melee save and that will create your ini if you hjavent already . alter and change whatever you need .
http://www.macroquest2.com/wiki/index.php/MQ2Melee should help as well to setting your melee file as you like . after you are done type melee load to activate your settings

Thanks for that. So I'm really just wanting a quick off/on way to adjust how obvious it is that I'm using MQ2. It seems so obvious when my character swings around behind something while grouping, but I love the utility when I'm soloing.

So to do this, I could simply have a hotkey for /melee stickrange=0 and /melee stickrange=75 respectively?

Sounds perfect, but I need to do this every mob, right? I guess I could just hotkey it.

I believe, but could be wrong, if you put:
Rich (BB code):
stickmode=on
stickcmd=loose
in your mq2melee settings, it should do it automatically.

I'm not sure what happens if you're using KISS and have something in that stick setting too.

Thanks Darkie. I'll report back when I've had a chance to try it in a group!

... and it's perfect. Thank you!

One other thing that has become a problem - when a mob gets slingshotted around in a group, I go chasing after it immediately. Someone pointed out in tells that they had noticed that...
Is there a setting that won't make this so obvious?

Is stickdelay the only option? I'm having mixed results with it.
