For what it's worth. I heard recently its a good idea to run the heartbeat option on rgmerc on the CWTN toons to help the rgmercs perform better. ( /Lua run rgmercs/heartbeat )
 
sk grabs task, runs group to ent in palomen, group wont zone in. running plugins on grp, dannet is running, updated meshes. shutdown, reloaded everything, same thing. if i zone them in myself, its successful. also, he will drop task by himself and leave everyone else in it.

That doesn't sound like dannet is working. By chance are you running on a VPN?
 
Running into this this morning trying to run the spite mission. Happened all but once out of the 8-10ish times I tried. I was able to go to a different zone and grind there

edit: scratch that I guess. I see it on candlemaker's mission 1/2 times as well

possibly related: it seems to not like me alt tabbing? these last two times I've had it crash on me after tabbing over to here and back- once paused at staging location, the other after verifying the same sanity check debug statements were spamming again before grabbing the instance. One crash was silent but one popped an RGcrash I forgot to get the hash code for.

probably unrelatedly: the EQ Shared Task Lockout retry does not seem to respect hitting the End the Grind button.
 
Looking into the code, I suspect it thinks you may be dead and hovering. By chance are you running any custom UI or the new EQ UI engine?

no to both, but (as is tradition in debugging) trying again just now worked twice so maybe the gremlins were out to get me this morning. Will keep you posted if I see it again.

I did notice earlier the one time it did run that one toon wasn't accepting a rez. I chalked this up to mq2rez being funky, but is it possible it was whatever you're seeing in the code?

edit to add: sic just told me the test build isn't super reliable these days and that's where I am so it's probably that

Unfortunately, Test and Live are different, and there may be an issue on Test for now that might be fixed in the future.

I've tested on Live, I'm not seeing the same issues you've described. Although, and I'll say thank you, I did find a bug in the SafeMode configuration while looking into your issue. Silver lining? :)

so, new issue. in Pal'lomen they will start moving to loc 23/55, but like 4 chars in the group will get in this back and forward leashing loop where they run away like 30m then run back and it just keeps cycling. i'll have to manually move the tank a few meters back to get them to sync back up and start following again. it happened last night at 23/55 then this morning again , same spot. I checked the nav distance, it was at 0, not sure if thats causing the problem.

- so upon further observation, the tank is on a slightly different level, it was a change in y axis when he ran down this small ledge and the rest of grp was getting stuck right above it. I tried updating the mesh to one of your mesh files, did some searching on the forum.

That screen shot is not helpful. What would be helpful is understanding where the other toons are, how far away, what automation is controlling them.

Them on top of that the grind configuration for each class that is misbehaving.

Ok. I updated one of those mesh files so we'll see what happens. didnt get stuck this time.
