Assuming you have a working compile,
with this file in your MQ2 folder. If you don't have a working compile, you'll have to download it from here. This is your MQ2 folder. Once this file is in the folder, run MacroQuest2.exe and then use the command above. Once that's done, you'll have to load whichever cracks you want from the file. To see which ones there are, type
