AmericanNero updated MQ2Collectible with a new update entry:

Collectibles and Achievements Tool Released

You can query your achievements and find out what you have and need to the console, or to a log. You can even output the results in bazaar.ini format. And it's handy if you are moving collectibles around your characters ... you can also hover over collectibles to find out if you have them already without clicking them. Instructions are posted, with examples, and the git is here: https://gitlab.com/redguides/plugins/mq2collectible

Watch the resource and download it on the launcher.

This is super cool. Have you considered having the output generate the BTR_Charname file that characters actually use to buy in the bazaar? Using that file could allow for another int param to set the buy price. Then the file gets dropped into your EverQuest directory and you're good to go!

Thinking something like /collectible -n -btr 10000 to generate a barter-buyer list where everything that's needed is set to 10k pp.

The log message has an error but generates the files:
Code:
> /collectible -a -bz
[MQ2Collectible] Log appended to: ?8?e?
> /collectible -n -bz
[MQ2Collectible] Log appended to: P??b?

I avoid the bazaar macro in general.

How should I prevent this popup from appearing when I start the launcher? It just started appearing this week and I haven't used the plugin recently so not sure why it started popping up.
