On the new test build it looks like the cleric plugin is spamming the new "Divine Rejoinder"(the upgraded Divine Contingency) spell if "UseDivineIntervention" is checked as on. This happens with or without "Use Response" and/or "UseConsequence" checked as on.

fixed internally - unlikely to make another test patch until the mq updates are pushed through

Thanks. I'm just manually casting DI for now and keeping it off.
And they are bringing test down again in 10 minutes anyway lol. Hope they don't patch files at least.
 
Already fixed internally. (and in fact, was already in for the live build - which is why i didn't put it in patch notes).

note: rebuilding this morning will take care of it

I'm running this plugin in addition to a few others from CWTN and noticed it is not utilizing all 12 spell gems.

Any idea what might be the issue? I'm running into this problem with MQ2Cleric, MQ2Enchanter, and MQ2Mage but NOT MQ2Druid or MQ2Eskay. All of my characters are currently level 97 and *should* have all available spells.

gem 12 we memorize shining if it isn't already memorized. you get that first one at 89

in fact, it does "utilize" any gem you have if you were to memorize a spell the plugin says it uses in a gem slot that isn't otherwise populated (due to level, various options you've turned on/off, etc)

so yep, working as intended

hmm, it's spell slot 9 on the cleric and enchanter that is not loading anything. spell slot 12 on the mage

we don't memorize shining in gem slot 9 on mq2cleric.

we memorize syllable (which you start getting at 98) or groupvie/vie if you have usevie turned on.

but again, depending on levels and options there are times that there are not things loaded in gems. correct

Sorry I didn't mean shining was in 9, just meant 9 is the one that is empty for the cleric... but you explained the cause with syllable, thanks!
 
I'm sure this has probably been covered but I can't find it. Is there a way to add a comment to a rez in one of the chat channels like "Rezing %t" and then have it cast the rez?

No. And we won't. We intentionally don't do things in any in-eq channels. Sorry about that.

A couple years ago I posted an mq2event in this mq2cleric discussion to broadcast what you're casting. You could use/modify that.

You could make a lem/event that to /g or what it when you're casting it, but I suspect we'd already have swapped target before it'd catch who it was casting on.
 
Since today's patch, my Cleric seems to want to spam Avowed Covariance on my SK. She is spamming it because it's being blocked and it's being blocked by her own ... Avowed Covariance! Not sure why, or whether the patch is coincidental.

I've switched off UseAllliance for now but I'm not sure whether it's something I've done or if it's a bug of some sort. I have never noticed it before.

(Also just noticed that my Shaman is doing the same thing with Ancient Covariance).

I'm going to keep looking because I suspect there is something else going on but thought I'd flag it here for any ideas!

thanks for the note - we haven't made changes to those things in quite a long time, so it is either likely going to be an eq change or some ripple mq change, but thanks for the heads up.

just to cover all bases - please make sure you're not using the new eq ui engine

you can disable the new ui engine with UseNewUIEngine=0 in your eqclient.ini

Just to confirm - I don't use the new UI (and just checked my eqclient.ini to make sure).
 
Tried to find the following in forums and videos but no luck - Is there anyway to turn off Quiet Prayer and Veturika's - so we can decide when we use it - e.g. after we get rezzed

something in the last patch changed and I couldn't replicate it. Id suggest turning it off for now

thx Sic for your reply. i turned off alliance and that fixed the problem. not sure what alliance had anything to do with it but she isnt spamming it anymore.
 
OK, I always get myself killed because I forget to tab over and break invis before engaging. I usually have my cleric on chase mode. Is there something that I can do to make it automatically break invis if we start attacking something?

Turn on usemelee, and might as well turn on battlemode

Don't forget to check the sticky
 
If you don't want your cleric to melee, you could also just make a hotkey that says /dgga /makemevisible on your driving toon (to save you from tabbing over). I have group "invis" and group "make visible" hotkeys on my SK, for example.
 
So, is there a guide somewhere that explains how to use these things together? I just bought 6 classes and spent 120 dollars. They all seem to run, and follow and stuff, but then they all run back to their camp spot. I have been searching, and trying to find a /bcaa //make new camp or something, but can't find a list of commands. I want them all to follow me to a new spot, and set up a new camp area. Some of these videos and guides seem outdated.

each resource comes with a FAQ, with full list of commands, the interface in game has the same FAQ and commands, and the videos explain it well, specificallly the video about moving your team.
