I get folks msg'ing me several times a week because they are new to the world of Zerkers and trying to understand what is up with them.
Here is a video giving an overview of the plugin options and some functionality and general zerker info about AAs, Gear, Stats, Tribute, Etc

Sic as always an excellent video. Notice that at the 5:30 ish time it stutters some but the voice part continues with no hickup. Again this explained a lot about the overall mechanics of the Berzerker. Well done!!!

wondering your thoughts on t3 vs t2 on frenzy stat? some pieces of t3 doesnt have frenzy but t2 will.

Unless they have changed it and i never checked back.

As they will say, you have to compare full sets, not individual items. So look at a full set of T3 and add up all the +Frenzy stuff, then look at T2 and do the same. T3 should be a higher total. This is how they've been doing itemization for years and it's not just frenzy. They do it for Spell Damage, Heal Amount, Attack, etc.

My main zerk has phlog raid arms some t2 some t3. Seems to be working out well so far. At least I'm happy with it.
