I personally do not use most of the added plugins and I don't use the warp/piggyzone plugins so I don't really have a need for all of the extra. So I decided to post my vanilla compile.

I'm not sure what kind of interest is here for a vanilla compile without the removal of the warp code but here it is.

Verified working.

Completely stock with a few added plugins:
MQ2Bandolier
MQ2Bardswap
MQ2Twist
MQ2Faerune
MQ2Moveutils
MQ2RScreenshot
MQ2Timercolor
MQ2Timestamp

MQ2Hud does seem to have an issue and may cause a crash to desktop. If it causes you to crash then just don't add your custom hud in until the problem is corrected. This has been reported to the devs...we'll see.

Red Cents appreciated.

Offsets were not updated, simply change ClientOverride to 1 in your MQ2 source codes.

Re: MQ2 Vanilla Compile - 08/12/2008

eh too late now :)

There was not a vanilla compile posted so this will serve that purpose.

Re: MQ2 Vanilla Compile - 08/12/2008

Well I for one like the idea of a "Vanilla" compile
I use it more for helping box more then exploiting.
Having something that has no warping has a big appeal for me. Using the radar an target utilities along with some of the nicer boxing utilities. I don't need anything that could increase the odds of me showing up on Sony's ban-dar screen. Encoruaging this effort. inc cents. (is it still cents? omg..shows how long ive been out eh? Miss the redguides format because i don't like change! Took me years to get over horses being replaced by cars)

Re: MQ2 Vanilla Compile - 08/12/2008

Thanks for posting :) Excellent - it's good to know that this is attractive for others. If anyone has suggestions for plugins to be added, please post.

I will not include active hacks. I will include plugins like bardswap, etc. If requested for macros.

I encourage folks to post if they find this useful - a red cent is cool as always appreciated :)

Thanks!

Re: MQ2 Vanilla Compile - 08/12/2008

I appreciate it - the only other plugin I use regularly is Mq2Events - mainly so when my bots receive a tell they echo it to my main.

Mq2Melee is pretty nice as well for automating a melee class when you need to concentrate on healing... but even with out that I'd still like your version =)

Re: MQ2 Vanilla Compile - 08/12/2008

Noted.
I will get those added in the next release for sure.

Re: MQ2 Vanilla Compile - 08/12/2008

Alez, thank you for posting. It seems a few members here would still like a lighter compile. Feel free to DL the source code on my post and steal the folders to any plugins you feel the need to add. Should make it a bit easier than hunting down all the code yourself. Let me know if you ever have any questions.

Re: MQ2 Vanilla Compile - 08/12/2008

That's funny, he doesn't have Forage, Slave, and Piggyzone in his compile...=p

Re: MQ2 Vanilla Compile - 08/12/2008

Yeah undoubtedly he added it in or accidently posted in the wrong topic :P

Re: MQ2 Vanilla Compile - 08/12/2008

I just put his into JMO's folder on my comp. and whalla :)

Re: MQ2 Vanilla Compile - 08/12/2008

Just be careful. I don't know if that will mess up our packet plugins or not.

Re: MQ2 Vanilla Compile - 08/12/2008

Should I turn it off ? And just make another folder with just Vanilla Compile in it ?

Re: MQ2 Vanilla Compile - 08/12/2008

I would not use any active hacks with it as it will not make full use of the safe packet plugin. I would recommend Jmo's if you plan to use warp/docrack/piggyzone, etc.

Thanks!

Re: MQ2 Vanilla Compile - 08/12/2008

Major structural changes with this patch. Just going to have to wait on the MQ2 source release and should have this out within an hour or two afterwards.

You beat me by about 5 minutes posting yours :) Plus yours is much more complete than the one I had done, that I could get done while at work, so thanks!

How do i get it to stop putting a timestamp next to everything that happens in chat never had that problem with JMOs

Yep - sorry. I had turned on all plugins. If there is something you do not need/use - just use the same syntax: /plugin MQ2pluginname unload
