Problem - MQ2 Live and Test wont load up at same time

So, until recently I could load up the launcher and launch MQ2 live version. Then load up MQ2 Test version. I do have separate directories for both live and test. Now since the latest updates I can not load both MQ2 versions up at same time. It will load the first one started ether it is live or test but not both. Can someone help steer me in the right direction here? Thank you in advance.

I just noticed Test is coming down. Am I caught between updates perhaps? This problem actually just started today. /shrug idk but thanks for any help.
