Problem - MQ2 echoing in both MQ window and "Other Chat"

Not sure where these setting live but MQ2 is mirroring output to both windows

There is a plugin that does that for you... not sure the name but something like mq2chat.
Check which plugins you have loaded and unload one at time until you find the one causing your issue.

unloading mq2chat did fix it. Thanks again!
