Bugged and Broken for sure. Chars are feigning and not getting up, chars are not sticking properly, constantly getting range issues or sight issues, I'm botting 3 chars on two computers for a total of two groups of 3 chars and 3 mercenaries (6 active chars with 6 mercs and 2 separate groups) this is happening on every char that's melee (sight and stick issues) and the feign chars like SK and Monk are feigning randomly and not getting back up....

I'm not sure why the quality of the bot would be compromised due to a small patch, but somethings wrong and definitely not working well... I did extract over my old MQ2 folder, but I have been doing that for the last 2 years with no issues in most cases.

Any recommendations or comments? I looked today thinking more people would be experiencing this and a new version might be out, but I still we're still on 0820 version

Also, I posted asking this before and never got an answer - how do you disable or enable auto stick when a char turns on auto attack with MQ2 without having to manually type /stick on everytime?
 
I'm not having any issues with MQ2 either and I'm botting a small army atm. Well...More like a squad really. lol
 
I was having similar problems I deleted everything in the servername_tooonname.ini file and rewrote that file and most of my issues was gone after that
 
I went and reinstalled the folder
All my chars that were botting 24/7 with no deaths now die every few hours

something's wrong its not fighting the same way
 
There is something going on with line of sight. i am thinking it is an EQissue.

Find this line at the top of Kiss and rem it out or delete see and if that helps unitl we figure ths out.

was having similar problems, especialy melee bouncing between mob and campfire, was sorted by changing back to KA 7.4
 
I have deleted my MQ2 and installed it from scratch on a new version of the 0820 and the new download of the extractor, I also created new kissassist profile and added the spells/skills/dps etc all by manual entry, did not help one bit... It's defective, it's not playing the characters like it used to, it's either having sight issues, or decides not to heal or fight randomly, it feigns once and doesn't get up ever again even tho groups alive and fighting, its just a lot of random and stupid stuff =/

I don't know what to do, I've tried everything in Masokis link and what he recommended, nothings helping. The characters are fighting like they're half retarded, and where I'd die maybe once a week IF THAT usually would only happen once a month really, now I'm dying every hour or so.... it's just not running correctly, I hope they fix this and they don't sit on it e..... really sucks not being able to play right now =(

I've been running KA without issue since the latest update so it is definitely something to do with the files on your end and not MQ as a whole. If you could, please post us your melee ini and your KA ini files so that we can look through them to determine if anything is set wrong.
 
I am noticing a lot of LOS issues. Mobs being 35 feet in front of me. My pull range set for 1000. My puller/tank looking at the mob in question and telling me looking for close range mobs.... I thought it was just an issue in CC but I am in shards and there are tons of mobs in my pull area and he will not pull it.

I am running MQ2Navigation just in case others are wondering.

I edit my KA file as Maskoi mentioned and that seemed to have fixed the issue 100% for the time being.
 
Sorry to hear that you guys are having problems with LineOfSight, I have compared the assembly for the CastRay function today from the latest eqgame with one a couple patches ago, both are identical.
I target a mob and /echo ${Target.LineOfSight} and it returns TRUE when im looking at him and stand in clear view, I walk behind a wall, and it returns FALSE as it should.

Some Zones has more problems than others I don't know if there are specific los issues in shards but I don't think its actually a MQ2 issue.
I suspect its a eqgame issue, (and therefor something the eq devs would have to fix...)

Also mq2melee is not part of core, but properly configured it works ok I think, I turned of feign in my ini...

LineOfSight is a game engine issue. Line of sight for EQ is directly in the middle of the target at your level. So even if your target is HUGE a small object right in front of him will make it so you don't have LOS.
 
Something is buggy I have been able to duplicate the issus being posted.

Are you referring to when playing using KISSASSIST and the offending character is your puller or tank? I use to have this problem with my Puller when the tank would grab an incoming mobs at the fringe of the campradius or when the puller would stop at one side of camp and the tank would not engage because he was at the other side. Fixing the tank problem was easy, the puller takes a few lines of code. This is only referring too when using KISS.
