ok.. got at least 10 other players on our server that are waiting for me to tell them EMU is supported.. rather than the hodge podge we are doing with April 2021 version so that looting works.

Just come back after a break when I had completed all the ToV stuff with my group, this thread is a lifesaver as I had lost my previous install (new N.VME drive and I forgot to save my macro stuff GAH), almost back to where I was before, thank you so much for your time explaining everything!

Just getting back to eq and redguids, if I'm starting fresh. Will I be able to use a format like kissassist, and have a director of shared class scripts, or am I stuck paying $20 a class?

You have lots of flexibility, you can use Kissassist for all if you choose.

the cwtn plugins are the same as always.

kissassist works just like always
whatever your custom home-brew stuff likely works just fine, most if not all of the fixes, updates and changes are backwards compatible (where possible).
other than the performance increases, and stuff working that didn't before - macroquest is still macroquest
