After last updat i changed nothing and chanter was on top of her game with mezzes i mean super fast on the mezzing , now she does good to mez a mob a 30% as the other mob is about to die . and you can forget anything more than 2 no mezzing at all ?? this is same ini i been using forever and update my MQ with the updater . any ideas ??

MezON=1 is trying to use both AE & Single target mez but you don't have an AE mez spell loaded...
No idea how that interacts with the "|0" tag for the AE mez spell...
The MezRadius (I believe) will try to mez anything within 125' of you... that's a pretty significant range, you might be better with it closer to your camp radius (mez them in camp)...
Glamour of KIntaz appears to only mez up to 57 but you've got your max @ 61.

I would change the mez section to
