Question - Mem'ing spells that are in an Ini

Is there a way to make my character mem spells that are in an Ini? For example, If I copy an 105 ini from the compiled list and the ini has the spells written in, is there a way to make my character mem the spells?

LoadSpellSet=2
SpellSetName=KissAssist

loadspellset=2 loads the spell that are listed in whatever ini you are using.
