Question - melee how do you turn off the behind the mob

not in there i looked but there is a command so you dont go to the back of the mob when not trying to tank

you might be able to do that by typing /melee stick=off . You can see all your various /melee settings by typing '/melee list' and it will show you your settings. If you change things and you want to keep the settings you need to type '/melee save' after you have changed all your settings. This will preserve them for you next session or until you want to change them further.
Hope this answered your question.

You can also use the command "Melee aggro=1". This will keep you from running around the mob if you get aggro.

i'm trying to stick to the back and I can't figure it out. what command is it? i've tried several but it only sticks to the front. it says (dir any) when I start attacking. I want it like my bard which says (dir not front) I'm not sure how I got that one it was like that when I started.

Open your mq2melee.ini file and change the 3 commands below to the following

aggro=0
stickmode=1
stickcmd=snaproll

If stickcmd isn't there add it

btw, I usually use "/stick behindonce" so that my toon doesn't do the fancy dance around the mob if it's turned. It's a personal preference I figured I'd share.

That ruins seeing half of your 'legit' guild stick behind raid mobs, lol

I prefer watching people run up to unspawned mobs are with labels before they pop hehe.
