Question - lvl 60 Enchanter - Double Rapture?

Is it possible to use more than 1 mez spell with Kissassist?

My lvl 60 Enchanter has Rapture and Ancient: Eternal Rapture. I'm trying to do the Emperor in Ssra and was wondering if it's possible to have the enchanter use both Rapture spells to lock down mobs faster?

Right now my Mez set is set to:

I tried adding a condition in my DPS set to check if a mob is mezzed already, but it's not really working (I'm admittedly new to conditions though):

DPS1=Rapture|100|cond1
Cond1=!${Target.Mezzed}

There is no secondary mez entry for single target mez spells. The DPS section is only going to try and target the mob that the MA has targeted. You could try using DebuffAll feature, but you would have to use it without a tag, so it will try and cast it on every mob.
