Just coming back from a break and getting up to speed on the new expansion. I can’t seem to get clarity but do you need to have raids completed to spend Shalowain’s Private Reserve Currency? It’s LS raid currency, trying to figure out if I buy it (on FV) am I opening up some roadblocks or can I spend it.

It is locked by raid completions. on FV can buy currency and then have a friend (or the people that advertise it) do the vendor part.
