I worked as a Games Tester for the UK's largest Publisher for two years and there's no way on earth you'd get paid like that advert says. It's juts another one of those "buy this to learn stuff" sites (the ones with 83 pages of crap all pasted into the longest scrollbar in the world...)

Why would you pay to get a guide on playing games and judging?

Same reason you'd pay to get a guide on winning at betting on horses, or a guide on how to pleasure your girlfriend or wife. People pay because they want to know and the guides promise to deliver that knowledge...

I only took a small look at it, but it didn't seem to promise much knowledge. You could just look for a job on the internet, http://www.gamestester.com/ after a quick google search.
