Problem - License issue

I know my licenses are a mess, i rebought some and it caused me to have multiples and I see the reason for that in another thread.

I have an though with MQ2Cleric and Enchanter. Both say they are expired in early June, but when I try to buy them it says I have an active license. Neither show up in my launcher though and all the license for those 2 in my list show expired.

Any suggestions?

these are your active ones.

I'm going to de-active your expired ones, which should allow you to buy new ones.

I suspect that since you repurchased some and not renewal there is some hiccup

totally not something you should apologize for - i dunno what's causing that hiccup, but it certainly *shouldnt* be something to cause problems

Sic, Chats, Redbot you guys really are top notch Chats fixed an issue for me because I bought instead of renewed.

Folks you need to wait until the license expires and then buy it again through the renew button to avoid any hiccups. It's just easier on everyone. I learned that like I've learned every lesson here, the hard way.

Nah, there's currently a bug that needs resolution
