I have been looking all over for this freakin' program... It is referenced on the MQ2 boards but still can't find it.

Any help in finding it would be appreciated ...

Dunno if you'll be able to work with it much for this patch...I've tried a few times, and it seems like the patch may have been too extreme for it to be of any use.
