Leveling - Leveling 1-20 without being PL'd

Looking for any tips on how to level a fresh toon from 1-20. I dont have any other toons on that server to use to PL either. Trying to get to level 20 so i can transfer off of Emarr.

Why not just make a new character on the server you want to transfer to and save the money? 1-20 takes like an hour if you're new with no gear. Just do all of the crescent reach tasks and kill everything you see.

Do all the quests in the tutorial and stay there till you can't get any more out of it at level 11 or 12 then go to south ro and do The Great Caiman Issue quests given by Dimbwicket Middifoodle and you'll be 20 fast

Get temperance damage shield on you and a tank merc or whichever and go hit everything in crescent reach with 1 dmg you should be 16 in 20mins.
