Question - KissAssist Buff outside group

Greetings,
Is it possible to setup Kiss to buff outside of the group?

It will buff outside the group as long as the toons are being run on the same computer.

How would I go about setting up an 85 heroic druid to buff a lowbie group while they are running kissassist?
