I can't get my mend to fire on my monk.

This is what I have:
HealsOn=1
Heals1=Mend|60

What am I doing wrong?

It took me a minute but I found the wiki explaining mq2melee. And a wow whole bunch of extra options are now available... Thanks Teichou!
