Question - KA manual mode

Hi all

I am using KA for a couple days, I tried to use KA manual mode on my shaman and set /healson on while enaging mobs. But it didn't heal my tank, am I using it in wrong way or not??

It seems because I turn Max Background FPS to min CPU and Shaman didn't react my command due to background....

Yea having Background FPS turned down, will almost freeze any character that in in the background. I set my Background FPS to 30 or higher.

Agreed. The background FPS gave me issues when i first started to 6 box. I turned background to 80 FPS and it runs smooth as butter FYI.

I slide the background FPS bar and my computer start to lag.... maybe it's time to upgrade my hardware..... or I just need to slide a bit and it will work better??

The Background FPS is CPU/Memory Load heavy. I built a server rack just for my 6-box team so I can max each EQ instance. On any i7-CPU with only 16 gigs of ram, you will lag out with a team of 6. I tried this on my laptop and the CPU got to 95C. You maybe also need to play with you video settings also. But please do not edit if you are not sure on what you are changing.

If you are still having trouble, turn off all spell effects and crap in the EQ options and then change your Background FPS. Then slowly add back in what you want.
