Question - KA & Clickies in Combat

I'm on and EMU using KA. I have a Shrunken Goblin Skull Earring I would like to use for the dispells from Naggy and Vox. How do I make KA click my earring while I am in combat. Thank you ahead of time!
 
Easiest way is probably using mash
INI:
DPS1=Shrunken Goblin Skull Earring|100|Mash
Or more involved is using conditions.
INI:
DPS1=Shrunken Goblin Skull Earring|100|Me|Cond1
Cond1=!${Me.Buff[Grim Aura].ID} && ${Spell[Grim Aura].WillLand}

It would take a bit of thought and more complex configuration to ensure the buff always went to first or second slot.

The Mash does work, but that is insanely obvious. The condition version is working but only casts it once at the beginning of the fight.

I use the condition for epic clickies and seems to refresh when the buff wears off.
Every cycle, it should recheck and refresh if the condition is met.

I'll watch my monk when I next play and recheck it's still happening.

Are you able to just click it off and it recasts?

I want to clarify… I would like my goblin earring to recast when it gets debuffed. Mash just constantly casts the earring so that isn’t what I want. If I put it in kconditions (as posted above) it will cast when I engage a mob but will not recast on debuff only recasts when another mob is engaged I just want it to recast when it gets debuffed or wears off.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
