Here's my compile for the main expansion patch. You can probably expect it to be nerfed soon. As with all expansions, the bugs are aplenty as will be the patches. Let me know any issues with the compile.

Also, if you need the new DoCracks, it looks like Vlad beat me to it, so go to his post and grab them. Thanks Vlad. =) Click Here for that thread.

*edit* Added MQ2AutoSkills, MQ2EQBC, and Removed Mq2Hud.ini by request.

Re: Jmo's Compile v5.0

Thanks Jmo. I know this one was a headache for Devs. least the first day is behind us. =)

Re: Jmo's Compile v5.0

I have a source for warp too, but I'm not going to compile it because it's not safe to use without the right packet blocker, which I don't know how to fix.

Re: Jmo's Compile v5.0

TY.

I was using it to group for a bit, Melee, Moveutils, Twish, Map, Cast all seem to be working fine. Apparentlys SOE didn't screw too much up this time.

Re: Jmo's Compile v5.0

Yeah surprised at how fast this is up!

Good job :)

The files they used have been sitting on beta for a while. If you had the latest beta files, you had like a 5 minute download. They had plenty of prep time for the changeover.

Re: Jmo's Compile v5.0

BTW, please remove customizable files like mq2hud.ini from compile zips. =)

Re: Jmo's Compile v5.0

Thanks a ton man ... any chance of adding mq2autoskills to future compiles?

Re: Jmo's Compile v5.0

all i use MQ2 for is the mapping.... i use it to see the mobs positions in zone as well as other players thats all i do with it.

it appears this is not working for me nothing is on my map. normally when i use MQ2 this is already active but this does not appear to be the case with this one.

am i just missing the proper plugin to activate this?

help me out

Re: Jmo's Compile v5.0

/mapfilter

That should list all of the commands for the map. Use /mapfilter name_of_option to turn that option on or off.

First post updated.

Added MQ2AutoSkills, MQ2EQBC, and Removed Mq2Hud.ini by request.

Any other requests, please let me know. I have to work late tonight, so I will do my best to get it updated as soon as I get home.

1) I get spammed in the MQ window:
"Due to complete misuse of the String Top-Level Object, it has been removed."

The problem is in Mq2HUD. My old HUD works fine, but generates the message, continually.

2) MQ2Map does not show characters or npcs or any location-labels.

I've been away from the eq scene for a very long time. Is mq2 still safe without running anything else?

1) There might be a problem with your HUD. I've never had anyone else complain about this, check out your personal .ini and see if there's something about TLOs in there.

2) Look 3 posts up for the fix. (I've done it myself too. =p )

Not nerfed as far as I can tell. :)

eqgame.exe was not updated, JMOs compile working as we speak (15minutes after servers came back up).

Yeah, they don't necessarily have to update EQGame.exe with every patch. Especially some of these little bug fixes. A lot could just include single zone files.

haha my bad... usually they update the eqgame but guess not today... ill edit my post =d
