Problem - Issue with purchase of lvl 2 sub

Hi, last night I paid for a level 2 sub via crypto. It's been about 15 hours and I am still getting this screen saying that no payment was received. Please see the screenshot confirming the address I was given, and then please also see the transaction ID confirming that payment was sent to the right address.
