If you have something on your screen you need people to see you can use any sort of screen tip utility that is built into your operating system to get a small section of the part you are trying to show.
Additionally posting a screenshot that has your character names in it is just asking to get banned.
There are people who are such losers in their lives they have nothing better to do than to try and look around these forums to then report someone's character.

this DPS line is incorrect:
DPS14=Chattering Bones|99|Cond
the condition part of just "Cond" is what's wrong. It needs to match 1 of the conditions in the condition sections so Cond1 through Cond21...maybe it's supposed to be Cond10? Maybe go back and check where you got in .ini file from incase it was some sort of cut/paste issue...or remove the Cond part from the DPS14 line and have it go off on cooldown...or completely remove the DPS14 line.
