Problem - Initial Mez then doesn't Re-mez (2 Viewers)

I'm playing on the new TLP and have a bard with the level 53 spell Song of Twilight. Bard does a great job mezzing initially, but after that will not remez. Because AE mez isn't available yet I have disabled that.

Mob shows up on CC target list, mez countdowns, and bard is targeting to check for mez every few seconds, but doesn't re-mez one mez wears off and the CC timer shows zero left on the mez spell.

Any thoughts or more information needed to help debug?

What's the mobs health? Did it fall under the stop mez percent along the way?

Is it just the percentage under the common tab for mob low hp% or is there a separate one specific to mez? They were over this threshhold but didn't get mezzed. It only seemed to happen with a 2 pull where one mob had to be mezzed.

I turned it all the way down to 1% for the low hp and he still is only mezzing the second mob once.

No, it is a mez setting.
You may have to toggle advanced settings.
The default is 80.

It is called mez stop hps.

Also, we won't try to mez the current autotarget, if you are switching between mobs for whatever reason.

Just trying to gather information.
