This macro is basically an assist for those doing the 12 Anniversary Mission, not a complete AFK macro. This was based around a 95 monk in T4 HoT group gear. Please adjust spawns according by changing 20 under spawnmobs subroutine (Currently set for 80 mobs as is).

Complete AFK might work, but its really hard to judge the pathing of 80+ mobs at the same time. Sometimes they warp, or you spin around from a stun, etc... Since the event is going away soon, I may or may not update this.

Remember to Red cent me if you like it.

Setup Instructions:
-Get Mission using Shrouds
-Un-shroud main riposte class
-Get to CPU are in mission
-Execute Macro
-Profit!

lol this just ran for 2 hours strieght afk, guess its a little more afk friendly than I anticipated. Just keep an eye on it. It works considerably better when EQ isn't in background on EQplaynice as well, as lower framerates = more issues.
 
How would I modify this to just melee the mobs down? I don't have the ability to AE them, but I'd like to just spawn 4 at a time and kill. I got it working for just just spawning the 4 mobs, and I changed the monk ability from intercepting fist to whorl of fists. However, it's not auto attacking the mobs.
 
Melee Modification, spawns 8 mobs and melees them down, then repeats. This is mainly for non-ripo classes and gimp toons by request

can you put a check in here if below 10% end, to sit and med to full before starting the spawn mobs routine?
 
i'll do you one better, added a reprieve call that regenerates the endurance lost from spamming intercepting fist. This should increase your kills per hour considerably ;)
 
It doesn't turn attack on, it just ripostes the mobs down. If attack is turned on, your stick to the target and things go bad. The second macro posted 1.1 has attack on for those that DISABLE stick or just want to spawn 8 or so at a time.

I had background framerate issues in general until I changed background WinEQ settings. Using fps limiter mode with 40 fps limit, 1 out of x frames with 100 as the rendering limit.
 
This macro is awesome. Leveled up 3 toons from 92 - 95 in about 5 hours. at the same time, got my forage bitch ranger from 68 - 80.

I originally didn't loot, just killing. If you take the time to loot, i made about 65k 2 days ago off drops. I'd run the mac till i ran out of end, sit to med, then snatched up tasty loots.

I'll have to try this with the reprieve - may have to rethink my loot strat
 
I'm about to go in and do this, im shrouding to 70 to req. but can i re-shroud the PL toons to 65 for better xp, or is the xp pretty much same for a 70 shroud?
 
There is no reason to shroud to 70. Stick to the methods listed in the other thread.
 
I tested the grab the 70 mission and re-shroud to 65, and I noticed no difference in exp. Since you kill a little slower on the 70 mobs that are red to 65 than killing faster on the 65 mobs that are blue, there is no difference in exp or very little.
 
Gearabie is up, I NEED ME SOME MQ2!!!! It's PL time for my new crappy toons and old gimpy alts who need to get max level again! Plus the double xp starting like, today? Please god someone tell the devs to get this tin rig floating again!
 
Has anyone got good xp out of this? i just shrouded my 88 sk to 70 and used my 100 tank and after 15 mins made 1%. I seriously think they nerfed it.
 
thought it was bugged/nerfed. From EQ forum:
12th Anniversary Group Task Infiltrating the Guardian is not allowing my group to request it. Says my group's average lvl is too high.

Last year, lvl 95s were allowed in. This year, I tried with a group of lvl 98 player + lvl 85 player + 85 merc (requesting with the lvl 85 player) and it won't let me request it. So looks like lvl 95+ are not allowed.

can anyone confirm?
 
From what i understand u have to shroud everyone down. then go unshroud after u get the mission
 
Not broken it works I just verified. Went from 73 to 79 in 30 minutes. With a 50% xp pot rolling 3700 mobs about
 
Still works. Exp may be a little less, but not much. Just did it for 15 mins and still got a level 98 about 5% exp.
 
I got it to work with 4 toons all shrouded to 70. Left the 2 level 70's at the zone in, unshrouded a 90 cleric and 95 sk. Dropped group with the cleric, just kept shining up on the sk, sat next to the cpu with the sk chain spawning and ds + ripoing mobs to death. Got my alts 80-81 1/2 in an 50 minutes of perma killing mobs.

Mage ds and all the sk ds stuff crushes them.
 
I use a monk, spam as many mobs as it will let me (80 I think?) and repost disc them to death. Just did it again for about 15 minutes and got the same results. I'm guessing with this mac (or at least the one I use that is much like this one), I should be able to get 25% per hour on a level 99. Will let you know when a compile is ready.
 
You take 3 or more characters, and shroud to 70, then enter mission with the Pl'eee and unshorud the others, move to CPU and spam spawn 80 all the time, and rinse repeat? :)
 
Shroud all toons to 70, request mission, unshroud PL toon back to 100, then enter mission, run PL toon to machine and spam. All other toons you are powerleveling need to remain shrouded and can stay at entrance to zone.

Not sure if that is what you meant or not, lol, but yeah that's the ticket.
 
Is there a way to change the Reprieve section so that instead it will sit and regen end until full? I don't have reprieve yet on the char I'm running this on.
 
delete the reprieve line and add. You can change the endurance number to one that works for your character.

If anyone is interested, here is what I'm using now on my lvl 90 monk. He's not quite tough enough to take on 80 at once, so this lets him do 12 at a time indefinitely. Modified nostress' endurance regen a bit, so now it will stop when end is under 10k and resume when it's back to full. Also added the zone check, and a master's aura check. Huge thanks to noobhaxor for coming up with this one.
