Question - Increase DPS?

Alright almost all of you guys are smarter than me at this :)......I am trying to figure out which set up will give me the most DPS (No Raz I will not add another wizard)

Sk, Cleric, Enc, Wiz, Brd- Enchanter and Bard have great DPS buffs for the Wizard, but both are only hitting around 10k dps themselves
SK, Cleric, Wiz, Brd, Bst- This group set up the BST would slow, the Bard would mez adds. The hope is the melee and pet DPS would outweight the increase of dps from Enc buffs
SK, Cleric, Wiz, Enc, Bst- 2 slowers kind of contradictory, but keeps the enchanter DPS buffs going, and hope the melee/pet dps would outweigh the increase of dps to group from bard
SK, Cleric, Wiz, Enc, Mage- Enchanter strengthens both the wizard and the mage
Sk, Cleric, Wiz, Brd, Mage- Bard does Mez, I use the Usasium belt for slows.

Any help in figuring this out would be great.

If you want endless mana in the group game, you could keep the bard, and just go:
SK, Clr, Enc, brd, wiz, wiz...

I personally go:
War, Clr, Enc, wiz, wiz, wiz... I am thinking of trying:
War, Dru, Enc, wiz, wiz, wiz - for more ADPS...
 
Lol pretty much those classes are what I have that I can use now without extra work :) I do have a level 100 druid, but I found its heals to slow for my suckiness as a SK LOL

Right now I am running SK, Cler, Enc, Brd, Wiz with a wiz merc......but its hard for me to figure out all the ADPS so I dont know if swapping either the bard or enc for a beast or a mage would be beneficial or not.
 
Just leveled 4 new boxes from 85 to 105 and 10k aa's. Took about 2 weeks because I am also trying to lvl the VoA tear, so limited myself to only playing them where I could kill Alarans. Just saying not to feel like you have to limit yourself because the best option is not already ready to go. Not that hard to get them there if you already have established lvl105's.

Of your choices I'd go SK, Cleric, Enchanter, Wizard and mage. Your enchanter should be out-dpsing your bard. If not, should look at what he is doing and make some changes. My enchanter is not topping my teams parse, but he gets up there. Plus enchanter mez is better and quicker so they are usually DPSing a lot sooner than a bard would be if there were mezzing needed. If you use a mage, he should be casting rain nukes or he'll be low DPS. Yes, I understand....breaking mez. There has gotta be a way for you to work around that. The mac I use simply has a line for each combat spell asking for conditions and one of them is max number of mobs, so I enter 1 and that spell never gets cast if there is more than 1 mob. Outside of DPS, mages are very useful with Call of The Heroes. I just run mage, CoTHgroup, move him to the other group and repeat. lot easier and safer than follow, but I running 13 accounts around.

But have you considered a wiz for the last spot? mwahahhahahaa

You can always load up GamParse , or the plugin MQ2AdvDPS, I think it still works. Then you can try out different configurations, fighting the same mobs.

There are a lot of things involved where X toon of X class can beat/be beat by X toon of X class, between gear/AA/focus/disc/INI or macro set up. And of course what you plan to be killing with it.

Looks like you are solid on the SK+CLR+WIZ, and are flexible with the BRD-MAG-BL.

BLs can be some mean DPS but I don't think they can beat Mages when both are similarly geared, just my opinion there. I have played a few BL, but not to the extent I know them very well, just a general opinion. They can be mean general DPS... say below ranger bow/zerker toe-to-toe, about on par or just below monks. But then, I am sure some BL main will have better insight.

Bards add DPS, they generally suck in and of themselves comparatively. Question is, do they add more DPS then the alternatives... no idea. Straight up, the lowest DPS as a stand alone toon though I think. But I am sure some Bard mains can offer up better opinions on that, mine's just a boxBard with a general setup, doesn't have all the little things in life that make things zing. Here is where that GamParse/DPS plugin will help out.

Mage's, despite what Casca says mine comes in on par with or just under Wizard DPS on raids, with out using rain spells. Even better, after mana runs out on wiz/mage... the pet (plug clicky pets and AA pets) are still doing their thing. Of the three I believe this is your top DPSer, plus pet makes back up tank/off tank as needed.

Just some opinions like you are asking, but I still recommend running your own DPS recorder and seeing what you are actually doing Vs what you can potentially do. And if your level range is low enough , consider FTP toons over mercs. Better control over their actions, better potential for higher DPS. (I ended up writing some code to monitor merc aggro and toggling burn mode on/off long as they stayed below X level)

bards are support, they will augment the 2 types of dps styles, caster/melee, but bards arent the best for each mind you. my bard only does 5k dps at lvl 99 with 700 aa (yeah no one judge) but will increase on average my zerker and my warrior and enc by around 2 to 5k depending on the toon, 5k on my zerker cause of the flurry increasae and overhaste to make decap proc more, enc with another mana flare type that can use her crit rate and fires with mana flare. and adds ac, overhaste and ds to my warrior for survival and killing faster. bst will buff mana regen for casters, off tank with pet, slow and increase melee dps for the grp, in a caster heavy grp bst wont add much adps for the grp but will shine with just pure dps. enc are the caster go too for adps, and if paired with a druid even better, but enc twin caster aura and mana regen aura will add a bunch of dps potenial to wizards since it will up there natural twin nuke ability. also enc get a debuff that increases the dmg received from ethereal line of spells, and it stacks with druid debuff for increase spell dmg received. my grp is an odd mix, its a warrior, clr, sham, zerk, rogue, enc, so thats my default grp for progression and such. last two spots are up for grabs based on were i am at and doing, zerk+rogue combo in older zones under 102 with humanoid mobs melt quick, 500k decap and 600k assasinates so can kill almost like raz can.....al..mo..st!!
