Question - In-Game vs Magelo AC

I saw someone mention this on another thread, and didnt want to hijack it but I have been very been curious about this though.

In the game my AC (unbuffed) says 7639/3267 and in Magelo it says 22,422

1. What is the difference between the slash numbers
2. How does Magelo calculate its AC?

a while back eq changed to have mitigation and avoidance for AC and magelo isn't able to match that
