Question - Im having some issues getting started.

Hello all, im a new user and trying to set up a profile to use on a beastlord before i attempt to box with my pally tank. I used the .ini provided from the forums for a heroic beastlord.

But i cant for the life of me figure out how to make the beastlord use DPS abilities and to stop spamming the clickable buffs. I've read the guide a dozen times and cannot make it work, any tips?

I've tried removing all of the heroic items from the buff list, but it cast and mems a buff every minute or so and wont ever pull. Is there a setting i need to turn on, a console command maybe?

About the buffs from items. You dont need them anymore, after you used them once they add an passive AA.

What i wonder.

According to your Ini you want your pet to tank (PullerPetTank), but you box an Paladin?
Why dont you let your Paladin pull & Tank and just assist with your BST ?

Most of these only ever need to be clicked one time and give you an aa and also give you a shadow: buff so you either need to put the |dual tag on them or remove them. Which buff is it spamming when you remove the heroic items?

I deleted all the heroic items from the list and they stopped casting, itll buff the buff list, then re-mem focus and recast them all. I set my warder to tank and just tried puller mode. It says attempting to pull %t, runs up to it, and hangs up there.

what happens if you use pull with pet? or Melee?

You almost never want to pull with melee, it can be awful most of the time.

When setting up kiss, you want it to have the spells you always use memed all the time. So like Darkie asked, you want to make sure your pulling spell is always memed and shouldn't expect kiss to mem it in the middle of trying to pull.

I tried to pull with our cold based DD and it just stood there attempting to pull. Same thing with sha's legacy. Ill try adding that code in when i get back home for pulling with pet.

Run kisscheck to look for typos. To do so, while kissassist is running, type /kisscheck. It will help find those little annoying errors.

As a BST character and those clickies, you have a lot of buffs you need to read up and use the |DUAL| call out. Put in the proper names for the buffs that go into your buffs window. If you copied anyone's INI files, it's likely older and doesn't match up correctly on these things. For pulling... if you aren't familar with a BST character, do not pull with your damage spells.. use Sha's or Incap so it's non-damage.. otherwise you're going to get summoned alot in the higher zones.
