Question - Ignoring higher con mobs?

I know this is likely to be posted somewhere on this forum, but I spent some time searching and even dropped into IRC twice now(everyone was afk). Can I set my puller to only bring home yellow and lower con mobs? If so would anyone mind explaining the process.

You can tell Kiss to pull certain mobs or ignore certain mobs using the kissassist_info.ini file and zone. It can't pull by con.
