Question - Ideas on where to farm plat -F2P heroic team

As the topic says looking for ideas on a good place to afk farm plat with a team of lvl 95 F2P toons using KA.
All toons only 18/20 expacs

Group make up

Tank - heroic Palidan or non heroic SK rof t1 gear
healer - heroic cleric
slower - heroic shaman or heroic Enc
dps - heroic berserker or Rogue
dps2 - heroic Wiz or heroic mage
last spot either a bard (not heroic) or merc

need to farm enough plat to pay for at least 2 x krono a month lol, so about 50k a day

have been farming beast domain with lvl100 sk tank, but dont seem to make enough plat per day and not sure if lvl 95 toons would be able to tank there.

when I farmed in grounds I made 200k - 300k a day with my team from trash and drops, I was looking at the zones the drop 90-92 attune gear as they seem to be selling very well for 50-200k a piece as well... but don't count out vendor trash, I make a killing on it

For the vendor trash the grounds I have been pulling between 50-80k for an 8 hour stint. I try not to afk for longer than that usually during my sleep time. Im sure with access to a bazaar mule you could make alot more from attunable gear.

Group make up at the moment and ever changing. 96 Bard/95 War/95 Cleric/93 Shaman/91 Druid(95 Wizard)/PL Toon

Do you check Barter first?
Going prices are 3.4K for each stack of 20 Diamonds or Blue Diamonds and 4.5K for each stack of 20 Ethemere Essence.

about 3.3k a stack for diamonds n blue diamonds in barter, get more selling to vendor, 3.9k for 20 x diamonds n 4.7k for Blue uns, cant farm ethernere essence as only upto voa expacs.
but takes almost a day just to get a cple of stacks of diamonds/blue diamonds in beasts domain and thats cont pulling.

also as i said not sure my lvl 95 sk or pali could tank there in beastsd

Do a search on the forums here. There are a few threads that discuss this. Myself, I use Tosk, Grounds, or Valley (although the coin isn't as plentiful here). Chronal Resonance Dust sells really well on barter on my server. There are several good camps in grounds that your team, at 95, could camp rather easily. Just try to avoid taking a camp already in use by a fellow cheater lol.

Toskirakk by far has less traffic and you will get way more pelts and silks in that zone than in Grounds. I have to say that both zones are a tie for what you can earn in plat, except in Tos the mobs actually drop Plat. The grounds has a lot more traffic and I would not feel safe AFK there. Tos you will have to /barter most of the items to get Plat. Grounds you will have to vendor most your items and /barter the rest. When the next expansion is released and you gain the ability to sell items from the Barter window Tos is almost a shoe in. you would rarely have to leave the zone.

Surviving in TOS will be much easier as well, the mobs don't hit as hard and you rarely get more than 1 mob a pull, now EXP won't be that great here for your group. The grounds will be a lot tougher, but your group should be able to handle it, but with no mezer I would not AFK here. People have a tendency to pull mobs right through your camp to get to Quest NPC's. A dead group = NO generating Income and if that's your primary purpose, then the choice is easy.

If you do Tos you need to get the Mesh for MQ2Navigation and use it, that way you can pull from around corners and from other rooms and as long as your group never has to med, it will be non stop carnage. You will get some exp, but not much.

If you use the camp mentioned in the Post provided by the included thread about Tos. You will want to add 1 NPC to your MobsToIgnore list. There is a dwarf named Ganrik, but MQ2 return his name padded with space on the end so you will have to do this to get it to ignore him.

That will get Kiss to ignore him.

I agree with the tosk, see the thing you want is more kills for more loot so drop down, ok I was not going to tell my secret spot for both powerleveling and plat but I guess....
it takes a team of fast killers and a +1 optional....
The +1 is where I put a level 70 that needs to get to 100 quick and safe....

so 5 fighting toons, 1 tank, 1 healer 3 max damagers, I use wiz wiz monk but any really.... I like the casters cause they are mounted and better at mana conservation.
what zone? I use any 70s zone, from 65-75 your team of 100s will mass murder the zone quick and your 70 just combat loots (cause there is so much killing) I personally use walls of slaughter and my tank stays in combat for hours non stop! The other places are the upper planes which have so many gems drop, run through, drag the lot bak to the group and let them smash hulk smash.... the key to plat farming to me is quick kills of mass amounts of things people need or vendor trash..... a good sk can swarm a zone like the creep and net you 150k in an hour if you can swarm him.....

Well, you won't get to 100 quick in Tosk. I'm there all the time. And generally have that spot camped lol. There are other spots in tosk though. I may go look for a new one soon. I'm killing way too quickly there and I don't use a healer at all lol

Trying some undefoot zones atm mainly caus ei never did do much there, tried tosk at 85 and it didnt go that great may give it another go now though, thanks a lot for the advice guys n gals, you rock.

any idea where i can find the mesh file? Redguides doesnt seem to list one for Seeds of destruction.

TIP: It is often much better to sell the tradeskill items themselves on trader, then to NPC vendor and only then to barter.

Barter usually is a pretty raw deal unless you are just starting out. I will not sell to barter unless the price is >50% of selling price in Bazaar.

I see people offering really cheap prices for tradeskill supplies, when people skilling up will happily buy stacks of 100 or 200 for higher prices than a few single pieces are selling.

This is the key, you must have quantity. Nobody wants just 5 High Quality Bear Pelts

As for Diamonds, I was selling to NPC vendor stacks of 100 Diamonds for the usual 190pp*100 and I believe 230pp*100 for stacks of Blue Diamonds. If I wanted to wait a few days, I could easily get 300-350pp per Diamond and Blue Diamond on trader but I usually did not bother as my trader had other stuff to sell. I see barter offering 30pp per Diamond and I think wtf?

As for spots, there are plenty of desolated spots in various HOT zones you don't have to stay at a contested zone such as Grounds. :P

Bringing up an old post.
It's been bugging me and I wanted to set it straight.

I made a mistake when I quoted:

Diamond at the vendor. 31p, 6g, 8s. 3c
Diamond in barter 110p & 111p.
Three times the price.

Seems that is the price if you try to sell to the vendor there by Gribble.
If you return to POK the price is much higher at about 230p
In reality, selling via barter I was losing 75 to 100p each.
Considering that I was selling 300 to 400 per day. Not an insignificant sum.

I was wrong.
