Problem - i payed for lvl 2 for a year.... account not working

i payed for a yearly subscription at lvl 2.... and yet for some reason the forums still say i cant download... what is going on i cant find any way to contact support

Not being a dick but did have you taken the steps to getting started? ie downloading RG launcher etc...

It says you're level 2.

What is saying you can't download?
