i noticed that the casters/cleric in my party (lvl 60ish) will med in middle of combat...causing aggro issues. on the RGMercsMain tab, I have Do Meditate = Out of Combat. I don't have KA nor MQ2Cast running. Is there something that I'm missing? Thanks.

Put them on mounts perhaps?
A couple of random ideas you may have already tried:
Restart the Lua to make sure they aren't caught in a loop (trying to memorize a spell, but seems unlikely if multiple toons) if you aren't sure if this issue is persistent.
Have a looksie at your other meditation settings to ensure nothing else is amiss.
Change "DoMed" to 0 just to see if anything changes, it could narrow the issue down.
Lastly, there is a debug log and looking at the code, you should definitely be able to change the level to see if/when rgl directs a character to med. I think you'll have to knock the selector up a level or two from the normal output to see it, however.

I'm also having this issue on several toons in the level60-70ish.
I'm not entirely sure why but I think they want to memorize spells in combat for "combat maintenance" rotation section and they do not have enough spell gems, only 8.
I usually turn off all the "use this", "use that" to free up mem slots and sometimes that helps.
