Problem - How can I turn off auto rez?

Basically I subscribe for nothing more than tracking *grin*.
Recently my toon started to take a rez automatically. How can I turn this off?
This has killed me several times. Thanks for answering a noob question. I really have not modified things from default at all.

Ok, I tried that but the merc rez is still auto.
If I type......
/rez accept
My settings are off, 96, off and not set.
I would really really just like to click my own rezes.
