IRL - Hotspot not allowing me to connect

I occasionally have to play with a hotspot from my phone. Last phone (samsung9) worked perfectly without issues. Recently upgraded to a Samsung 21 and cannot get to the server screen without it saying I am unable to establish a connection. I assume this is a security issue? Hotspot is running fine atm. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
