Question - Hotkey and command question

I have been slowly learning to play and finally getting most things down but I have a few questions. I play pretty much vanilla and I like to control my tank and pulling. I have the rest of my team on kiss but I was considering making hotkeys in game for stopping all the macs if someone comes around me. I have not tried to make any mq2 hot keys because I am not sure how that is handled server side or if its even allowed. It would be nice to have a stop that would broadcast to all characters. Is this something that frowned against or even noticeable on day breaks side?

Another question is there a command that when I stop the mac for my bard (personalized from one in the library for 109) that will stop not only kiss but the twisting feature? I was thinking since it was in kiss it would stop if the mac ended.

it's perfectly safe, mq2 handles the hot buttons not eq as such, so it goes through mq2 first.

if you mq2dannet, or mq2eqbc you can communicate to your other team members on the same network or same pc, and send them commands, can put those commands in your socials.

@Sicprofundus has a thread with several different hotkeys he made that does different things.

and yeah when you stop kiss on a bard, tiwst is not stopped, i think we should ask @Maskoi or @ctaylor22 to add that functionality

you will want to /mqp on and /twist off with your bard --- in my signature has some hotkeys I use to work with my crew - and a video for some newer users to see how to move around and use camphere and things like that - check em out!

Thanks - once anon is fixed/updated, I know @eqmule and @ChatWithThisName were working on it - once it is updated I plan on doing a bunch of videos for people here.
