Problem - Hotbutton

I was trying to rearrange my hotbutton and somehow i deleted something and can't recall the actual command.

I thought it was /Keypress Hotbutton3_12 indicating I want to hit the 12th key on my hot bar 3 but now it isn't working.

Anyone able to help me fix my foul up?
