This is what I use on my rog.

downshit4=/if (!${Me.Buff[Resurrection Sickness].ID} && !${Me.Buff[Miraculous Vissions].ID} && !${Me.Moving} && ${Me.FreeBuffSlots}>=1 && ${Me.Haste}<169) /casting 12597|item

Change the 12597 to the item ID of the epic, change the miraculous visions to the celest fist buff, and make sure your buffed haste with the epic is at lease 169 or higher in the stats menu.

Using it as a holy, you could run into situations where a slow could be blocking the buff and the monk will sit and spam the buff. I would also add in the free buff slots that I included as if you max out all your buff slots and you don't have this one. He will sit and spam the buff over and over again as well.

This is the one i wrote, and seems to work well. it casts before the buff wears back off so you're never without it when in combat
