Question - Holy/downshit

Where would a noob like me paste holy/downshit is it a folder in mq2 and what would be the folders name

the file would be server_toonsname.ini and will be in your mq2 folder. but before you paste your holys type /melee then /melee /melee save in your mq2 window to generate your melee stuff.

1- /melee
2- /melee /melee

Is that command universal works for casters also?

it does work for casters but not really needed unless your meleeing

Oh ok cause I saw a few caster ini that use this insted of the burns in ka

for casters if you would like to use the melee ini then yes that builds the generic melee section. Then you would adjust the melee section to suite what you are looking to do for your caster. Generally a caster would want to use downshits instead of holyshits since they do not generally melee.
