Problem - high cpu after reinstall

i use mq2eqwire and trying to figure out before i done a reinstall i was using much less memory and cpu just curious if my mq2eqwire isnt working or if something i done on reinstall messed something up.

what is your eqclient.ini looking like?

I personally have all instances of cpuafiinityset to -1

so cpuaffinity0=-1 and cpuaffinity1=-1 etc

The three eq instances that are over 10% usage, are they running a certain macro/plugin that the other's are not? Does the cpu usage start out high when you log in or is it a spike when you start a macro/plugin?

Did you change any video settings? Some of those will offload work to the cpu.

Don't know if it's related but I noticed today for the first time there was a msg on my MQ2 window with MQ2Cpuload output. Not sure if it's always been loaded in the background or not but today was the first time I've noticed it using MQ2 for serveral months now. So i unloaded it and my overall CPU utilization seems to drop a little bit. I let Isboxer manage my CPU in conjunction with MQ2wire and that has always worked well for me.

far as i am aware all are using it and yeah starts out high from what i have noticed, first time ive had this issue, love mq2eqwire so prob gonna just do another fresh reinstall of MQ and see if that helps

wow i believe it was IHC i /mqp'd the ones running ihc and they went back down from 20s to 04

Did you ever figure out if this was IHC? I am seeing 18-20ish CPU also but I am not running any macros on those chars.
