Howdy @Adhemar28 ! we're lucky to have youHello!
New to using this and I have Kissassist running. Ive used /mac kissassist on both my chanter and shaman and neither do anything.
Im assisting off the tank.
Any advice would be great!
the ini files go in your Macro folder --- when you fired up kissassist on your enchanter - let's say your enchanter name is Pookie --- you would have a Kissassist_Pookie.ini --- and that is where you would have what stuff you want Pookie to do. So you would edit your current kissassist_pookie.ini file with whatever ini information either editing yourself and customizing it, or using one from the libraryThank you for the quick response!
I did watch the beginner video. For Ini files is that just a "watch" or is that a download and install?
I went through the same thing here when I first started a month ago. People are more than willing to bend over backwards to help you out. I found that at first I did not have an INI file so I had to make one. Take one of you toons and type /mac kissassist the first time and it will create the ini file for you and you will see it in you Macros folder with your char name attached to it. You will have to do this with each of your alts yea It is time consumeing but worth it in the end. After you have all of them done then go to your Macro folder and now you can edit your INI file via notepad. Just make sure you save it. Then when you play target your main tank type /mac kissassist and you will see it going throug the list. You may have to tweek the INI file a bit to get it to work for you. Also remember when you are done type /end that stops the macro from runningHello!

Ive edited the INI for my chanter and shaman, Ive targeted the main tank and did /mac kissassist. Still nothing. I do see it go through the load up process. with the last 2 lines showing which toon its assisting. I used a Chanter and Shaman INI from the resources. Not sure what I am missing.

[Melee]
AssistAt=99
Awesome ty! I will give that a tryYeah you could "/unload" to turn off everything. It sounds like mq2melee plugin is still running on your tank. Its usually on by default. Try a "/melee off" on the tank and that one will disable for the session.
If your running manual just target yourself till your back to group then use extended target window if not F8 if you have more than 1 mob.Last question ..at least for now. Im using my tank to pull as well. Im not running anything on . Is there a way to stop him from being locked onto a mob since im controlling him?
Post your ini for toons that are not doing any thingThank you for the advice!

BeepOnTells=0
FlashOnTells=0
Do you use the flashing tell box? It may have something to do with that?
Ajusting this now , thank you!Not sure about it causing lag, but these are setting in your MacroQuest.ini in the Release folder:
Code:BeepOnTells=0 FlashOnTells=0
As far as shooting an arrow at new targets you cycle to, is attack turning on? In EQ's options (alt-o) keys is "X" bound to other stuff besides cycle targets?
