Hey guys, having great fun with the program and have now got to level 86 with my berserker. Trouble is, everything is now hitting for a truck even though I'm a gold account with auto granted AAs and level 80 gear.

For some reason our server seems to think that level 85 gear should cost 100k pp per piece, so upgrading my gear is not going to happen till 90, where it actually drops considerably in price.

So...I have my small team of characters (SK, druid and bard) that I'm trying to get up to a similar level. My question to you guys is:

Is it better to concentrate on purely leveling the berserker solo, then use him at 105+ to PL the lower level characters, or better to have them all in the same team and hopefully get them caught up to be closer in level eventually?

Where would be good to take this team? Currently I've tried the wereorc camp in loping hills - which is a nice spot once broken in, though it can take a couple of hours to break nicely and has issues if not broken fairly well. My zerk is just soloing and the others leeching XP, though I have to say I've died a couple of times.

The crocs are super easy in this zone too, though probably slower XP. I tried OG Hills too, but that seemed quite random. Sometimes there are weak mobs and sometimes there are not, and when roaming you always get the chance to hit the zombie camps and die to too many mobs at once (along with your lower levels biting the dust in a few hits!).

Thanks in advance. I plan on adding a couple of wizzies to the mix at some point, though not until the bard or druid is much higher in level.

It doesn't really say how far behind the rest of your group is, if they're not a lot of help in the fight I'd recommend dragon scale hills to get them to 70ish and toskirakk if they're over 70. Both have guides here.

Until your tank catches up I think you'll find exp faster if you look for easy camps that can be pulled non stop

Again , it would be nice to know the levels of your entire group. I assume if they are leeching XP, they must be somewhat close to level 70. My personnel strategy is to heroic the main tank and often the healer, occasionally other melee. If you don't mind spending money, I'd say get your SK and a heroic cleric, with a solid tank and healer you should be able to handle any level appropriate zone.

One of my favorites at that level is the fisherman in Hills of Shade, it is not easy to afk though. Set up camp out on the island and pull them to you until you can handle multiples, then it gets real fun.

An easy (and mostly empty) afk camp for me was the oozes in sunder rock, or the sirens in buried sea. XP is bit slow per kill, but you can get a lot of kills overnight. Loot was reasonable from either camp, you won't make millions but you'll gain nicely for spells and other expenses.

Basically, as pointed to above, work those lower toons to the same level ass you zerker. Zerker is great DPS, but after lvl 80or so they just don't have the defenses to keep up as a tank no matter how they are geared. Get your SK working as a tank, and base your exp grinding off of him for a bit, I know it seems a step back, but the tank/healer combo sets the group. So its always best to get and make sure they are set and the rest WILL follow along.

Now it is your call on how you do it, and if you really w ant to keep going with the lowers leaching, but I think you'll find a lot less frustration if you bring up and gear the tank.

I would say that you should stop trying to find better spots and stop dying. If crocs are easy for you, stay there. the experience seems slow, but it is safe. You can turn your low 70s into low 80s in a day or so. I leveled there last week using 1 level 86 with my other guys just leeching experience. I turned 5 level 75s into level 81s and 82s within a day.

aye, you got to have the holy trinity in some form to make it work. A Tank, a Healer, and DPS. The zerker is like rangers (with less tree hugging involved) ... folks want to use em for tanks but after X level, it just wont work... they are DPS. (at least to the toon's level of content, obviously it will handle lower levels a lot better, hence the zerker PL groups)
