MaxZRange=100 is pretty small, increase that to like 300 or 500

what output are you seeing while it "isn't pulling"
 
i have tested with 1000 and there is no output. Just stands there.

If i don't summon the knife i would get a switch to melee to pull but aside from that i don't see any other pulling error.

I also check the KA info and it is correctly spec. I try to remove all the mobs to pull and it is still having the same issue

I belive this to be your problem. this tells me your pulling a 0 degree arc. You should try something like 360 in that field/value. just checked mine and thats what all my pullers have it set to.
no, 0 is "just do everything"
/setpullarc <anglewidth#> [<direction>]This command allows you to set your pull width and the direction you want to pull from. An angle width of 0 will disable directional pulling. Valid directions are n,ne,e,se,s,sw,w,nw, or any number from 1 - 360. If you leave the direction blank your current heading is used.

PullRadiusToUse=1000

set this to 85 or 100 because it looks like you are trying to pull with 1000% of the range of this item.

Also, do you have the well balanced throwing knives available to use? Noticed you summon arrows in your ini but don't use them to pull?

no.

pullradius to use is the percent of your item's range.

you can use 1 to 100 percent as indicated.

you can't use 1000% of your items pull range.
 
Are all your buffs working in the buff section?
Arrows summoning ect...

Did you move anything to the activated item key ring?

I would turn buffs off and try and run and see what happens - that would rule out anything in that section.
