Looking for a little help on group make up currently running SK, Shammy, Zerker, Zerker, Chanter, Cleric. I’m concerned that I’m over doing it on heals and could sub one for another DPS class. Any input would be appreciate.

SK, Zerk, Zerk, Zerk, Zerk, Zerk!! stuff will go *poof* so fast that you won't need heals!

I have run my shaman as main healer and he does a great job most of the time, especially in a dps heavy group.

Chanter is a better mezzer, but bard adds a lot more to a melee group. Overhaste song, more atk power, weapon delay reduc (quicktime) and extra melee DD procs.

Two healer is a very good setup for some missions or zones though. One strat would be to add a Bst on the Shammy account, as they give about the same buffs but are more melee DPS & ADPS. Then run the Bst for easier stuff (most of the time) and bust out your Sham when you need more healing.

Mages and ench are good DPS. Mages can use up their mana pretty quick, so you'll need to watch that. Recent post mentioned a mage group can top a zerker group on DPS if you can chain pull so the mages can constantly swap their swarm pets onto fresh targets.

You won’t have any issues with mages running out of mana. Between all their rods and aa, they Won’t run out of mana.

My mage KA DPS is quite good(for my group anyway), but I used GamParse to measure DPS so it took me a while to realize my mage DPS was actually one of the highest for the group. That's because mage has swarm pet and normal pet so at first I thought mage + pet dps was all the dps my mage does when in reality that was only mage + swarm pet dps. The regular pet dps wasn't included in it.
